Job Description

The JD requires an SuccessFactor tester in the following areas:-Should be good in testing at least any of these two areas pointed below. EC(Employee Central) Compen VP(Compensation Variable Pay), ECSE, PMGM(Performance Management). RMK(Resourcing-onboarding). The candidate should be able to gather testing requirements from the SF team. Should be able to design test cases, testing conditions, test strategies, scenarios, should be able to document testing results. Should have worked on any of these testing tools ALM,QC or Jira HPALM,HPQC Good understanding of HR processes even from PeopleSoft will also suffice.Experience level: 4-5 years in SAP HR at least 6 months to 1 year in SuccessFactor.Disclaimer:SAP HR tester is not required instead we need SuccessFactor(SF) tester.
