Build your career with us and apply today.Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supporting business process management (BPM) technologies including: Appian and IBM BPM applications in production and to design/develop new solutions. Responsible for providing Level 3 production support of Appian and IBM BPM applications. Need to be able to diagnosetriage esolve production incidents. Need to work with vendor (Appian/IBM) to create/update/manage vendor tickets when escalation is needed. Need to be able to design/develop/enhance Appian-based solutions. Strong technical, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members.Able to learn new Digital Process Automation (DPA) technologies quickly as new technologies come to the market: Digital (user experience, information capture and delivery), Cognition and action (AI, RPA, Machine Learning, NLP/NLG, smart workflow tools). Skills Required: Over 10 years of progressive IT experienceExpertise in Appian 19.x, and experience with IBM BPM 8.5 or greater Appian Level 2 Certified Experience working with SMEs or process architects on business requirements Experience preparing High Level and Low Level design document Experience assisting project team with all phases of SDLC Experience with designing, developing, and testing complex integration solution based on Appian Experience modeling processes using Appian Experience to developing complex UIs Need to have good exposure to SAIL. XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP and Web Services and REST APIs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Need to work efficiently and complete the development tasks within deadlines. Good knowledge on Appian best practices and performance related concepts.Excellent communications skills and able to work independently and with a team. Work experience with Agile methodologies.
