Job Description

    Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex risk analytics and/or capital allocation framework activities for the Corporation. Resolves moderately complex issues in advanced data modeling and measuring risk, allocation of capital for performance measurement or other aspects of risk measurement. 1.Responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex analytical duties or executes advanced data analytics or model development related activities for risk models used by the Corporation 2.Ensures model development, monitoring, and validation approaches meet regulatory expectations and internal risk management needs 3.Provides advanced data analytical or risk measurement support to help meet both internal corporate and regulatory requirements 4.Supports development of comprehensive documentation and testing of risk management framework 5.Carries out moderately complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact 6.May have direct interaction with committees and/or Management 7.Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees 8.May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role) 9.More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas 10.Delivers a work product that requires little revision 11.Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions1.A College or University degree (from tier 1 or Tier 2) and/or relevant proven work experience is required;2.Advanced degree in related field (math, statistics, and economics) or equivalent career experience preferred. 3.A relevant work experience of 1 to 3 years is required. 1.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required when interacting with committees and/or management 2.Knowledge of risk measurement required to support function 3.Analytical and problem solving skills are preferred4.Technical skills / systems - Medium Level Knowledge on SAS, Matlab, Advanced Excel, VBA) is preferredAdditional Information,
