Senior Associate, CORA AI SupportJoin Cora AI team in Pune which drives digital-led innovation at scale and digitally enabled intelligent operations for clients around the world. Using open architecture and a modular approach, this team is set to deliver digital products and consulting services, powered by Genpact Cora AI-based platform, that connect with both legacy systems and modern technologies. The result is faster development times, better customer experiences, higher return on investment, and greater agility. This position will involve the person to support a portfolio of RAGE, CORA AI projects from POCs and Pilots to large scale implementations for various clients. Understand overall solution design along with each specific technical implementation. The desired candidate should be a strong customer advocate, and have the following competencies: Incident, Change and Release Management methodologies, strong analytical skills, process attitude, ability to investigate into issues, recognize process challenges and prioritize improvement areas.
