Job Description

null.In this role, you have the opportunity toDevelop, implement, and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities for the assigned expertise area. Process custodian and ensures adoption of proven practices. Capture learnings and actively share success within your network. Supply Chain Domain, Order Management.Design: New and improved capabilities based on standard processes & systemsBuild/Test: capabilities including (IT) tools, training, data & analyticsDeploy: capabilities to B | M | F securing process standardization and adoption in full Compliance.

  • Stringent Deployment, adoption & adherence of standard processes & Systems (PIL)
  • Secure Process (PEPF) implementation in MS / Quality Management System
  • Change Management & standard Training Delivery assuring people readiness & compliance to regulatory requirements
Monitor and manage: process performance and adherence to standard ways of working
  • Monitor Process quality at benchmark level (APQC/Hackett)
  • Steer process performance (leading KPIs) to deliver ambition (lagging KPIs) via rigorous daily management
  • Drive employee adherence to standard ways of working (e.g process mining, kamishibai tool)
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management via established communities of practice
  • Process Continuous Improvement embedded in local Daily mngt & Problem solving practices
  • Delta functionality deployments structurally managed (a.o IT system upgrade/releases)
  • Established Communities of Practice securing:
  • Bi-directional communication (SME/BPE)
  • Process Change Request engagements
  • Knowledge Mgt/Best Practice Sharing
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelors Degree; Master s degree preferred
  • 5 + years of related experience in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management and use of SAP ERP.
  • Proven business experience in process design, and or functional operations
  • Conceptual thinking and analytics skills
  • Ability to design supporting processes for the target vision
  • Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma)
