Builds in-depth knowledge of clients priorities, challenges and initiatives and become a trusted advisor. Identifies potential sales opportunities and help coordinate efforts with sales and Global Services SMEs to pursue opportunities. Maintains awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations. Develops strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs.Key Responsibility:

• Developing and architecture automation solutions using VMWare vRealize Orchestrator (VRO)
• Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
• Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships.
• Software problems or repairs channelled through outside vendors and service providers.
• Deploying and configuring VRO in lab and customer environments
• Developing VRO workflows based on customer and competency requirements
• Performs broader delivery management activities
• Responsibility for service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources
• Develops and maintains direct customer and broader service delivery relationships

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years developing and deploying automation solutions using VMWare vRealize Orchestrator
• Experience deploying and configuring other VMWare vRealize applications
• Must have done Automation using VMware vRealize Orchestrator (VRO)
• Must have done Automation using Powershell, Java scripts ,Core Java
• Must have Experience in Developing VRO Workflows
• Must have Hands on with REST API and system level programming
• Good to have knowledge on vCenter with administrative activities
• Good to have knowledge on EMC Storage devices like Vmax , Xtream IO, Unity, VNX etc
• Good to have Experience on Converged Infrastructure design and deployement (VXrail, VXblock)
• Good to have Active directory administration
