This exciting role offers opportunity to: Job overview:
    • This position is a individual contributor role part of Systems engineering team developing electrified compressor systems for various Fuelcell electric module for vehicle and stationary applications. Incumbent being a member of the System engineering team is responsible to support on system engineering work packages for multiple new product development projects. The role contributes towards the engineering work package for stage gate process of product development. Expectations from the role is to support the development of system architecture and define the detailed requirements for electric motor and associated air loop systems. Knowledge of motor control, model based systems engineering, agile software development, validation and acceptance would be ideal for this role.
    Job Responsiblities:
    • Support the system engineering work packages for the new product development projects.
    • Support system level detailed requirements for motorized compressor system, vehicle interfacing subsystems and components to meet system level performance, EMI/ EMC and reliability.
    • Develops and analyses requirements in close collaboration with mechanical, hardware, software & validation team. Deploys the right methods to define interfaces and manage interfaces.
    • Adopts analysis first and first-time right approach to define system behavioral simulation definitions, boundary conditions and outcomes
    • Collaborates with validation teams to build test cases and write test procedures.
    • Utilizes the DFSS methodology and tools. Develops System-FMEA to ensure design robustness. Contributes to continued enhancement of architecture to support additional product features.
    • Good understanding of functional safety(FuSa) line items like HARA, FSR, and FSC and TSR
    • Able to dissect a system into logical components by function and or feature.
    • (Required) Able to identify critical interdependencies between systems and or components.
    • Experience with ISO 26262 and/or ASIL standards.
    • Experience with Agile Development Processes.
    • Mechanical/Electrical simulation or design experience.
    • Experience with IBM Jazz Tools.
    • Experience with AUTOSAR framework.
    • Experience with Vector Tools such as CANape and CANalyzer
    • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink tools.
    QualificationsRequirement:
    • Master s in electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering
    • 3 ~ 5 years of hands-on experience in Automotive Systems Development
    • Exposure to AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE standards, IBM Jazz Tools, Vector Tools such as CANape and CANalyzer and MATLAB/Simulink tools.
    • Work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers.
