Job Description

Extensive experience in end to end recruitment (IT Non-IT) cycle like Source, evaluates, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.
Designs, develops and maintain whole recruitment process which include JD finalization, measuring criteria, proper approach to fill positions.
Monitor employees are tested to make sure that they will perform to the best of their ability in their new role.
Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
Assess business units HR training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
Partner with the business to lead both annual, mid-year/quarter review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
Strong exposure on all statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement program to enhance more productivity.
Update on recent HR trends/ New Initiation/Process Improvements and participate in different HR conclave.
