Digital Procure to Pay (P2P), part of Digital Transformation Services (DTS) is one of the fastest growing areas in the company. As part of P2P, we offer clients a range of services that include technology, analytics, and advisory to help Chief Procurement & Finance Officers of our client organizations achieve their business objectives. The role is of a Senior Lead/ Lead Analyst in the P2P area. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements, and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role has ample opportunities for growth in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM. Solution Development: S/he will define & review new solutions in P2P and develop collaterals (client presentations) to take to market Will lead efforts to develop dashboards, case studies and solution videos to showcase to clients Go to Market: Will participate in solution design (pre-sales activities, including develop new pricing models etc.) to take existing solutions to market Stitch together a framework to integrate existing solutions and offer a choice and sequence of solutions based on client need and budget (for example Vendor query management) Advisory: Participate in consulting type of projects to create assessment frameworks to measure client capability, maturity of processes and systems to achieve GBS objectives to centralize, standardize and outsource processes Work with Domain Consultants to build adhoc / opportunity assessment reports & dashboards Domain Knowledge & Experience: Good understanding of the Procure to Pay process lifecycle, activities and key success metrics Knowledge of how P2P is orchestrated in core ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and awareness of technologies in OCR and payments incl. T&E such as Tungsten, TradeShift, Appzen, Concur, etc. Experience is delivering consulting led projects in the areas of P2P Excellent Data analysis and interpretation skills proven skills data modeling & analysis using bespoke tools Story-telling skills to deliver recommendations from assessment exercises or articulate our solution in pursuits proven skills in PowerPoint, in a business-case presentation context Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and takes ownership,
