* Duties and Responsibilities - Delivering Sales numbers - Business planning with partners. - Sales promotion planning with partners. - Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggest new and innovative ideas to promote and grow business. - Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets. Relationship management - Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers for each account. - Strategic planning with partners. - Providing operational support to partners. - Working with partners and the team to add value to partners in terms of Sales analytics insights & business growth strategy. Team Management - Effectively manage a team of SMs and FOS to achieve assigned business targets - Ensure that the team is motivated to fulfill desired tasks - Look after training and development requirements of the team , * MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience. Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels & teams in multiple market environments. Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
