Senior Manager - Compensation & BenefitQualification : MBA or PG / Graduate (Any) Experience : 8+ years- Managing and heading all compensation matters- Preparing annual budget for total rewards and managing expenditures related to benefit programs.- Serving as the main resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit related matters.- Supporting the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures- Determining and implementing metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives.- Communicating actively with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.- Managing data in accordance with the companys record retention policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.,
