Drive the improvement projects across the factory on process to improve a. Productivity, b. Improve cycle Time c. work with QA head in completion of CI projects on quality (Poka Yoke etc) Create optimized value stream implementation projects with the focus on continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost. Drive the continuous improvement across the plant by driving the initiatives like 5S, Kaizen and effectively using business tools like Lean & TPM with the intent to improve throughput, reduce lead time, reduce inventory, reduce cost & improve quality. Drive and Lead automations in the assemblies & manufacturing process. This position will also be responsible for driving various new product introductions at ARIP. Will lead complete capital spend discipline by acting like a single conduit with various teams to ensure capital is spend well throughout the year. This position will also work with other team members to finalize operational improvement projects from month on month basis and lend support to execute the projects. In addition to supporting plant, this position will work with SM head in identifying productivity improvement opportunities with suppliers and execute CI projects at supplier.
