Senior Manager- Software Development for NSDL e Governance Infrastructure Ltd at Pune.Qualification:B.E., B. Tech, MCA with experience of around 8 - 10 years.Technical Requirements:Should have implemented at least one complete Software Development Project Lifecycle independently. Over all development project management.Coordination with various stake holders (Development, Testing, Business Function, End User, Outsource agencies, Hosting and SSG functions).Review of Solution design and architecture, Security Assessment Coordination, Activity prioritisation, Performance and capacity building activities, Reporting, etc.Should have detailed knowledge about Effort Calculation, Effort Estimation, Resource Planning, Capacity Planning, etc.Should have thorough Knowledge of development of Java / J2EE based Web based Application with RDBMS like MSSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, etc.Should have thorough working knowledge of development with Angular JS or Node JS, etc.Should have knowledge of Design Patterns, Application Architecture Design, Database Design, etc.Knowledge of Spring MVC framework, Spring Security framework, Tag libraries, Hibernate framework etc.Should have know-how of Hardware and Software Deployment Architecture.Should have the knowledge and experience on REST API, JSON.Should have Hands on experience of Microsoft OS, Linux OS, etc.Should have experience on Version Control, Bug tracking and Test case repository tools.Knowledge / exposure to Secured Coding Practices keeping the requirements to avoid OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities in Application.Ability to understand and fix such vulnerabilities.
