We are looking to add to this talent pool someone who will lead transition management for global investment banks.The Ideal Experience Map:Minimum 7 years of work experience with minimum 2 years in transition managementRoles and Responsibilities:Plan, design and deliver transition projects for BFS (Banking, finance and securities) outsourcing projectsOwn and execute pre- transition (RFP support, transition planning) and transition phase (Initiation, planning, execution and handover)Prepare the project plan, manage and track project deliverables and milestones, and follow project management and governance model and processesWork closely with project stake holders and delivery teamMaintain good relationship with business leaders and project stake holdersCoordinate with Client partner, Customer, Management, Operations and support teamsLead scoping discussions for process walkthrough, in- out scope activities, AHT, Volume, SLA/ KPI, FTE estimation, QA planning and other critical activitiesCoordinating with various functions during the course of transitionEnsure a smooth handover to operations teamsFunctional Skills:Strong transition management knowledgeExperience in using Project Management methodologies and processesGood awareness of PMP Methodologies for Project ManagementKnowledge on Six Sigma and quality processesGood skills on preparing Project Presentations and documentationsKnowledge on Microsoft Project and VisioPeople Management and Personality Traits:To work under minimal supervision and should be self- driven,
