Job Description

Are you passionate about building Mobile Apps Have you launched both iOS and Android apps and scaled MAU to 1M+ Do you obsess over details and enjoy organizing and leading teams Do you have a love-of-learning and an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts from concept to launch. In this role, You will be working with the Product Management team to convert business requirements in technical stories and run the product development cycles with the Technical team. You need to manage the technical releases and manage logistics including Requirement docs, Technical documentation for Users, technical training for internal stakeholders.The right candidate for this role will be a key driver of the initiatives for fast-paced, cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate is a team motivator who enjoys living in the trenches and driving the details home. You re an organized communicator and well-versed in finding new ways to make it easier for teams to effectively work together. You have a passion for learning and can balance product strategy with tactical execution.Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning and own the execution of our product ecosystem roadmap, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
  • Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
  • Champion grooming, iteration planning, organizing and motivating teams to achieve a higher level of performance through value-driven practices.
  • Build and manage weekly iteration and project release cadences; plan/lead weekly execution for design and development teams to ensure work is executed and new work is ready to be prepared.
  • Be savvy enough to understand business objectives to drive value but tactical enough to understand and unblock technical dependencies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to refine product artifacts, requirements and use cases to ensure they are ready for development.
  • Write status updates, iteration delivery and release notes as necessary
  • Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
  • Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.
  • Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
  • Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
Experience & skills:
  • 5-10 years prior experience building Mobile App for iOS and Android
  • We want people who graduated from Tech Stream to products.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
  • Requirement gathering & Writing detailed Product doc including UseCases, Task Flows etc
  • Hands-on experience with supporting and teaching Agile practices.
  • Good knowledge of Product Management & Using PM Tools like Aha!, Jira
  • Experience of working with UX/UI Teams
  • Exposure to Mobile messaging apps or Mobile Analytics or Mobile Payment is big plus
  • Experience in Business Analytics in a Start-up preferred
Education:
  • ME / MS / BE / BTech or Equivalent Experience - Technical background
