*Main Task Description Developing Strategy and Business in alignment with department and customers- Assembly shop planning for Global carlines & plants, attract responsibilities and develop differentiated value proposition for the center through digital transformations. People and Process Management-Be responsible for driving leadership and competence agenda Operational Tasks- Project deliveries. Build the team s competence in Assembly shop process, equipment planning and in futuristic topics like data analytics & business application development. Influence product design to meet Manufacturing requirements, Process & equipment planning to optimize time, cost and Quality. Optimize complexities for the assembly shops. Specific Knowledge (Skill / Languages etc.):Working experience from Automotive OEM in Assembly shop- manufacturing engineering, experience of complete vehicle development Special experience in latest technologies, digitalization, concepts & start-ups Exposure to Project Management methods (conventional & agile) Good communication and presentation skills People planning, development, allocation and deployment Inspire and motivate employees English, German or International Experience/Strong Interest, *Education : B.E (any field) or M.B.A (General Administration)No of Years: > 15 years
