Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.IoT Project Manager The Project Manager manage the planning and execution of IoT Engineering Projects through their lifecycle from definition to delivery to closing in line with appropriate methodologies e.g. Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum and DevOps Working closely with Product & Portfolio Management and Service Delivery to support the design the services Atos offers, you will design and build Solutions and Services against set targets and deadlines in line with contractual commitments; Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors to deliver successful projects and benefits Measure project performance and delivery using appropriate systems, tools and techniques including reporting and escalating to stakeholders as needed Ensure Atos practices are followed including governance & assurance, finance management (budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation and reporting), planning, quality, risk management, change management, resource management and reporting Provide leadership for project teams as well as being an effective change agent with practice and wider organization Have a deep understanding of personal effectiveness, organization, habits, motivation and innovation to enable excellent outcomes for project team Involve and work effectively with key stakeholders including other divisions and input into group-wide projects. Skills Proven experience as an effective Project Leader for in IT engagements (ideally across development, onboarding / T&T, operations and PMO) and through the whole project lifecycle; Understanding of technical aspects at the level required Any of PRINCE2 / PMP / Agile / Scrum / DevOps certification(s) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong skills in presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally High level understanding of IoT products and services Business fluent in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid virtual team leadership, building and collaboration skills Proven track record of performing well in a fast pace environment e.g. Agile, pragmatic, proactive and innovative Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Thorough understanding of outcomes, capabilities, benefits and business objectives Should have an interest in being well-informed with project management as well as people development theories and practices Experience operating in Agile / DevOps environments will be valued; Services minded approach. ITIL Certification will be valued; Autonomy, Responsibility and Authority: Works to agreed objectives.
