  • Handling end to end recruitment life cycle of
  • Arranging recruitment drives as per clients requirements.
  • Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs
  • Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage
  • Mapping and through your own professional networks
  • Maintaining database and daily report of candidates screened, submitted and selected for immediate and future requirements
  • Keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates till the date of joining
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
