The position will be part of a fast-paced crew that develops and maintains a complex automation system for build and test environments for a multitude of platforms including Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.What you ll be doing:

Design, development and maintenance of build and test automation framework that can be scaled to run over hundreds of systems in an automation farm
Use conventional & out of the box approaches to exciting test automation problems using software and hardware (JTAG, relay, etc.) level automation
Build a sophisticated continuous-integration and automation system with focus on reliability and performance
Manage and develop infrastructure for unit, functional and regression tests
Develop various tools to help engineering teams throughout the development cycle
Support, triage issues and advanced test solutions with other engineers
Automation for generating data, sending reports, building dashboards

What we need to see:

BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MS / MCA or equivalent experience (preferably Computer Science)
5 years of experience with continuous integration and automated testing systems
Hands-on experience in building automation pipelines using Jenkins
Experience with source control systems, build systems and their integration with automated test frameworks
Scripting skills in Python, Shell, and other scripting languages and basic knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration
Familiarity with cross-platform development environment in two or more of: Windows, Linux, OSX, Android, and iOS
Web development experience with .Net, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap is helpful
Knowledge of SQL Server and writing SQL queries and experience in automation development with virtual machines
Experience with designing and implementing test automation tools or test infrastructure solutions is a plus
You should be an excellent teammate and effectively mentor junior engineers
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-moving environment
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills - succinctly articulate knowledge and ideas
Ability to work closely & collaboratively geographically distributed Development & QA teams

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Sound programming (Object Oriented) skills in C/C/Java and ability to read/understand low-level code
Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Tableau, Kibana. Etc.
Knowledge of Ansible
