* Duties and Responsibilities - Understanding of a RECON system and its architecture Complete understanding of Online transaction flow and the entities involved in an online transaction. Understand Design & Develop the RECON flow of a Bill payments system. Maintain communication with NPCI billers banks and other entities for RECON. RECON system benchmarking monitoring and its scaling. Maintain the technical documentation and make sure it is up to date. Work closely with product & operations team at BFL to make sure recon and its process is automated. , * Bachelor of Technology/Master in Computer Applications Overall 3-4 years experience in Data Processing Applications. Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. Should possess the below skill sets: - Stakeholder Management - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Analytical & Problem Solving skills 3+ years
