Service Coordinator (Customer Service)(Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager) Experience: 2 year to 7 years Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Any Specialization Experience Description: Experience of customer support/ retention, coordination with field staff. Experience in service industry is must. Manage incoming customer calls & make outbound calls as per defined protocol. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow- up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents & pass it on to relevant contact point. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers as field staff through open and interactive communication. Monitor quality of service delivery closely, create MIS and develop improvement methodologies under supervision. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English. Intermediate level IT skills. Must have working knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Dairy/ Veterinary Sector will be an added advantage. Implement regular preventive and curative healthcare schedule (preliminary checks ups, reporting, nursing, health observation notes etc.) in consultation with Veterinary doctors. Provide basic first aid to livestock in case of emergencies, minor wounds, or health issues. Perform Artificial Insemination & Pregnancy Diagnosis under the supervision of Veterinary doctor. Upload & update daily records of livestock of registered dairy farmers. Gather regular feedback from registered dairy farmers and resolving customer complaints. Conduct farmer orientation programmes.
