Job Description

    • Deliver platform customization while conforming to best practice recommendations and clients policy
    • Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that translate to actionable development tasks
    • Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to identify ways to simplify the user experience
    • Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notifications
    • Participate in problem analysis, code review, and system design
    • Develop scripts and code for APIs and webservice integrations
    • Develop necessary development documentation as needed e.g., project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual etc.
    • Design, code, debug, document, deploy and maintain solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner
    • Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate quality technical and functional system specifications
    Education & Experience
    • Relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA certification is required)
    • Trained on IRM module (GRC- CIS is desirable)
    • Experience creating workflows for creation, business rules, UI Policies, and data integrations.
    • Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, APIs and IntegrationHub
    • Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages
    • Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc
    • Experience in agile software methodologies with excellent communication skills
    • The ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time in a remote work environment
