SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer > SharePoint / Office 365 / Microsoft TeamsDescriptionResponsible for the design, administration, customization and support of Office 365 Technologies (Microsoft Teams, etc). In this role, you will act as the primary liaison with service providers and vendors for technical matters.This is purely an Infrastructure Administration / Engineering Role and not a developer role.The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Conduct preliminary analysis of business requirements and suggest implement solutions
• Perform activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
• Operate independently with minimal supervision; have in-depth knowledge of Office 365 Technologies
• Responsible for direct interaction with different technology teams, committees and/or management
• Take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution, whether this involves internal IT teams or external vendors or partners
• Needs strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques, and excellent communication skills
• As a Subject Matter Expert, provide comprehensive consulting to technology team members and high-level technical info to end-users
• Role is balanced between high level operational execution, engineering and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
• Where required, take ownership of the SecurityAudit requirements related to SharePoint / Office 365 technologies
• As required take responsibility of SharePoint Governance for SharePoint Online and On-Premise implementations
• Where required support On-Premise SharePoint Infrastructure (SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019)
• Open to work in flexible working shift (Preferably 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time)

The successful candidate will have:

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Has experience in Enterprise Level system environments
• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and preferably in financial institution(s)
• Must have very strong experience in Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 implementation
• Experience with Office 365 and Teams configurations is required including proficient knowledge of:

1. Architecture
2. Operation Management
3. Security
4. Testing
5. Scripting

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration required
• Knowledge of Yammer administration required
• Hands on experience of complex collaboration migration environments: SharePoint and O365 required
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting for SharePoint and O365 Administration required
• Understanding of components used by Office 365; Azure, Active Directory, Network Topology, Firewall, Security and Compliance, etc required
• Administration experience with technologies like Nintex Workflows, InfoPath forms, SSRS, etc is required
• Modern Authentication Experience Azure AD and Conditional Access
• Microsoft O365 Security Center - deploying policies and other best practice configurations and reviewing message traces and audit logs
• Knowledge of SharePoint and O365 development including Flow and PowerApps is a Plus
• Experience with SharePoint and O365 Hybrid configuration is a Plus
• Knowledge of O365 backup products a Plus
• Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle a Plus
• Vendor Management experience is a Plus
