  • We are looking for curious individuals to analyse and generate insights for Helpshift engagement and performance.
  • You will be working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyse the data and deliver insights to enable business decisions.
  • As a data analyst, you will need to define & monitor key performance indicators for the product and expedite product diagnostics using data.
  • You will be shaping the future of the product at Helpshift.
About You:
  • 2+ years of experience of generating insights from large data sets
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Experienced in presenting insights using visualisations with tools such as Power BI or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with big data technologies like Hive & Spark Experienced in data modelling and enjoys uncovering trends in the data
  • Self-motivated, Curious & detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to shifting conditions, priorities, or deadlines
Projects that you may work on:
  • Analyse user journeys to detect the patterns of self service. Build indicators to assess the effectiveness of the knowledge base.
  • Generate and monitor the success metrics for different product areas at Helpshift. Establish trends for the usage and alert on variations e.g. alert if usage has spiked.
