Job Description

nullIn this role, you have the opportunity to support software integration activities for Diagnostic X-ray (Mobile, Radiography, Fluoro & Mammography) with all relevant Philips Healthcare processes and to define, manages the technical aspects of integration, build and configuration management of software, achieving full process adherence evidences.You are responsible for

  • Integrating the software platform for different DXR products, successfully.
  • Defining & managing software platform configurations for different DXR products.
  • Defining software integration plan & integration activities, working closely with architects, module leads & project/program manager.
  • to document, streamline & automate integration steps.
  • Ensureing successful integration and normal functioning of software meeting quality and performance KPIs.
  • Understanding E2E solution, deployment and lead integration activities.
  • Analyze, document and incorporate software integration requirements.
  • Translate customer and software requirements to design and implement complete solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical risks through quick prototypes.
  • Review and ensure quality of deliverables from self.
  • Support Project manager with effort estimation.
  • Perform extensive hands on product development.
  • Follow best in class software development practices.
  • Responsible to continuously improve the quality of software deliverables.
  • Investigate integration defects & provide solutions, perform root cause analysis for continuous improvements.
You are a part of Diagnostic X-Ray R&D Software team based out of Philips Healthcare Innovation Center (HIC). Philips HIC-Pune is a product innovation center for multiple businesses with presence of R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing functions. The center is focused on developing smart and reliable X-ray imaging based Diagnostics and Treatment products with enhanced patient safety to meet the unmet needs of a wide range of global hospital customer base.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • 8 10 years of experience in software development, majority of which in Software integration for different H/W (wired/wireless) and different product configurations.
  • Strong Object Oriented design and development knowledge and experience.
  • Strong experience in working with 3rd party software & device integrations, configurations and customizations.
  • Strong experience in scripting: MS Build, Java & VB scripting, Perl/Python.
  • Good programming experience in C++, C#.Net, Java, SQL, stored procedures.
  • Experience in working with tools like Enterprise Architect for UML, TFS, GIT, Clear case, Clear Quest, Caliber RM
  • Good experience in using static and dynamic analysis tools.
  • Proven skills of delivering quality deliverables in projects worked before.
  • Proven skills of innovation/improvements in product features, process steps for operational efficiency.
  • Has in depth debugging skills, with experience in using various debugging tools to analyze - performance, memory & network issues: WinDBG, PerfMon, WireShark etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of all phases of the SDLC.
  • Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies (Preferred).
