Description We are seeking SQA Executive to join our Process Engineering Group at India (Pune) Development Center. You will play a significant role in process improvement initiatives at Silicus. The individual will be responsible for Process facilitation and implementation to meet the compliance of various ISO & PCI standards and CMMI models. Job Code: SIL-IN/ SUPP/ PEG/ 002Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with respective Project Manager to understand nature/ context of a Project. Facilitate and assist the PM to Define Process for a Project. Participate in Project Internal Kick-off meeting and provide valuable suggestions/ comments based on project s nature or context. Perform project artifacts review at regular basis and share feedback/ findings/ comments/ suggestions with respective project PM/ TL/ Team members to work on the same. Facilitate a meeting between Project Manager and team for a walk through of Project Process framework. Ensure Project teams are having ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective as per the applicability. Prepare Compliance report of assigned Projects and share with Project Manager and Management. Ensure Project teams are tracking required data (E. g. : Unit Testing, Code Reviews, System Testing, UAT, Defect Report etc ) on timely basis. If not, inform/ escalate to their next level of reporting to take necessary actions as needed. Prepare Metric Report of a project with input data like Size, effort and defects. Perform Compliance audits such as Project Initiation Audits, Cross SQA Audits, and Internal Audits and report the findings to stakeholders. Ensure Action items arising from project activities, are closed by Project teams with-in the defined timelines. Participate in SQA Senior Management Review meetings and share respective updates. Also discuss the concerns/ issues/ risks if any to get the resolutions from Management. Candidate Profile: Education: Post-Graduation/ Graduation in any stream. Good to have MBA / BSc or MSc Statistics Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) Certified Must have 1 - 3 Years experience Knowledge and Skills: Must Have Knowledge on Quality Management System (QMS) defined in an Organization Process facilitation/ implementation experience based on defined QMS in an Organization or any Industry Models/ Standards/ Frameworks Worked in Agile Culture and has an understanding of SCRUM framework and XP Practices (at least some basic practices of XP) Good To Have Knowledge and implementation experience on CMMI for Development or Services Version 1. 3 or 2. 0 (Dev) Lean Six Sigma -Yellow Belt/ Green Belt Project implementation Experience in usage of Process Performance Model (PPM) Participant as an Appraisal Team Member (ATM) in SCAMPI A/ B Experience of working in a Software Service industry for Development and Support Project Experience in usage of Minitab Implementation experience in any one of the standards like ISO 9001/ 27001/ PCI DSS or HIPAA act/ rules Good verbal and written communication skills in English and effective presentation skills are necessary. Must have very good people skills. Aptitude in problem solving. Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.
