Solar - PV Design Engineer - Sunshot Solar - PV Design Engineer ROLE Incumbent will be responsible for design engineering of grid- tie/grid connected SolarPV system on the rooftop and ground. He will report to Director (operations)PERSON FIT If you are comfortable working in a dynamic environmentIf you show initiative by seeking out opportunities activelyIf you are good at planning and like to take responsibility and drive resultsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing Site Survey SOPs and documentationPerform engineering site visits and coordinate other team membersPreparation of design, layout and drawings, shadow analysis, capacitycalculations for onsite rooftop and ground based Solar PV projectOptimizing the layout and solar PV plant capacity for maximum generationConfiguration and sizing of solar PV plantPreparation of BOM and BOQPreparation of SLD and electrical design for injection of energy to LT panelDesigning Solar PV plant monitoring systemAssist in documenting and developing industry best practices, standards andguidelinesTesting and commissioning of Solar PV plant, stabilization and solving initialproblem after plant commissioningWork closely with Sales and Marketing team, project team to meet the deadlinesWork closely with Sourcing Team for vendor developmentSKILLS Excellent knowledge of AuoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, MS OfficeGood understanding of NEC articles related to Solar PV system design andIndian Standard for electrical installations in power systemGood understanding of BOM from various OEMsApplication of IEC and IS Standards for Solar PV and Electrical System.Effective written and oral communications skillsProblems solving abilityEXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Design. Candidate havingexperience in Solar PV Design engineering will be given preference.EDUCATIONAL / QUALIFICATION B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E. in Electrical Engineering/Power/Electrical & ElectronicsLOCATION Base location- Pune he/she must be willing to travel as per requirements of the jobJoin us and be part of an ambitious and fast growing team,
