Job Description

  • Provide pre-sales technical support & assisting sales team in their engagement with new prospects / customer.
  • Onboarding new customers. Installing & Configuring Converse App & helping them adopt to the application.
  • Requirement gathering, identifying solutions & implementation of different business use cases.
  • Engagement with Product & Dev Teams in providing new requirements & product improvement.
  • Owning newly on-boarded accounts for (45 Days ) for any technical related issues.
  • Creating Knowledge Articles & building library of use cases that can be replicated for other customers.
  • Documenting the progress on implementation & sharing updates with Management & Internal stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills : Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance goals.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge : Must possess in depth & strong technical know how on Salesforce & SMS Magic Application.
  • Problem Solving Ability : Should be analytical in his approach & must be able to solve complex business problem. Should be able to think & provide business solution on complex use cases.
  • Project Management Skills : Candidate should be able to manage the multiple implementation projects on time & with accuracy independently. The need for supervision should be minimal.
  • Documentation Skills : Should be able to create descriptive documents / reports on requirement, proposed solution & project progress.
  • Customer handling Skills : Should have strong interpersonal & customer handling skills. Should be able to collaborate with customers, sales team, developers & other stakeholders & communicate effectively with them.
Skill-Sets Required:
  • 2+ Years of experience in Salesforce Admin / Dev
  • Willing to work in US Shift
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
