• Demonstrates mastery of a wide application of professional principles, theories, concepts, and technologies. Troubleshoots and provides solutions for unusually complex problems.
• Leverages multi-disciplinary knowledge to develop innovative solutions Challenges status quo to encourage innovation. Helps to guide the successful completion of major programs through development of advanced technological ideas.
• Influences design and development of new software products or major enhancements to existing software for clients and business partners.
• Participates in evaluation and selection of third party controls and solutions.
• Ability to assist in the production of or produce thorough documentation throughout the entire SDLC including, but not limited to, Design and Technical Specifications, Roadmaps, Coding Standards, and End User materials.
• Maybe a primary point of contact with vendors and consultants engaged in supporting the work activities of the group.
• Works without appreciable direction toward long-range goals and objectives. Assignments may be self-initiated and agreed upon with management.
• Drives technical implementations for multiple concurrent initiatives including adherence to design/standards through code review and implementation.
• Provides architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
• Responsible for architecture requirements and strategy
• Responsible for defining application architecture
• Responsible for defining system availability strategy
• Responsible for defining reporting and information access strategy
• Responsible for defining database server architecture
• Responsible for defining system capacity plan
• Reviews platform and network architecture
• Responsible for defining the application deployment plan
• Contributes to the productivity of the team, division, and organization through the completion of projects associated with OKRs, goals, and objectives.
• Communicates technical and operational issues to all operational and technical partners in a timely manner. Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.

Requirements

• Experience building Mobile apps - Experience in React Native, Redux, ES7, Saga, Axios HTML5
• Excellent knowledge of iOS Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Excellent HTML, CSS knowledge / Skills : Building Mobile Apps, Android Design Principles, Performance Tuning
• Strong knowledge on how web works, HTTP protocol, cookies, caching, DNS, CDNs, etc
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Previous experience in application performance optimization, tuning, and/or triaging performance problems in Web and Mobile applications
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented concepts
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based application deployment architectures
• iOS and Android application development and architecture
• Strong open systems application and infrastructure knowledge
• A clear understanding of network and system management solutions

Preferred Education/Experience

• BE, ME, MCA or MSc in computer science or equivalent degree.
• 7+ years design & implementation experience with distributed applications
• 5+ years experience in networking; infrastructure or database architecture
• 2+ years relevant experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting
