Job Description

What you must know An integral team member will be a leader for our Solutions Engineering team and provide coaching and mentorship of Solution Engineers around demo delivery, proof of concepts, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and subject matter expertise for our product suite. It is important that one has a strong customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution set to solve them.What will qualify you for this role : Essential:

  • Total Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience and Relevant 5+ years of experience in managing team(s)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred (administrator and/or developer certification a plus)
  • Experience in the technical / customer support domain. Exposure to international customers is preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions preferred
  • Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, operations, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of technical architecture and a passion for problem solving and investigation
  • Ability to lead team(s) to manage under pressure with conflicting priorities and deadlines, yet maintain a customer-centric focus
  • Proficient in data Interpretation and Analysis and presenting it to senior management
  • Comfortable to work in the APAC / EMEA time zones
  • Ability to deal with conflict and resolve appropriately
  • Expertise in connecting with customers to become a trusted technical advisor

  • Product development / support experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the sales team providing subject matter and product expertise with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concept activities (Player / Coach role)
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Support responsibilities such as recruiting, hiring, conducting team meetings and calls, compensation planning, etc.
  • Support the performance management process with the Solutions Engineering team including activities such as goal planning, professional development, and annual reviews. Responsible for team motivation, retention, and career planning
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Contribute to the product knowledge base while working on customer issues
  • Assist with development of technical training and enablement of Solutions Engineering team during planned events
