Build your career with us and apply today.Role: TM1(Planning Analytics) and Cognos L3 Application Support with proven ability of maintenance and support of TM1 and Cognos platform including application reports. Responsibilities:
  • Work on TM1 enhancements and development For Report, Cube and dimension Refresh(TI, Rules, Web sheets).
  • Work on Cognos report enhancements and development of reports.
  • Resolve complex production issues in an expedite manner; independently or in collaboration with others.
  • Perform root cause analysis and devise, test, and implement solutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and requests and propose solutions to address them or enhance efficiency .
  • Collaborate and coordinate work with other team members and teams (Infrastructure, ETL, Data, etc.) to meet deliverables and deadlines
  • Basic Understanding of the TM1,Cognos administration ,Control M and Batch Script activities
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and assist in implementation
  • Document procedures so that work can be handed over to Level 1 and 2 Application Support
  • Assist in development, testing, and other Enterprise BI & Analytics team activities and projects as needed
Primary Skills
  • Developing TM1 artifacts using Turbo Integrator and Rules. Knowledge of Advance level of MDX and TM1 Web sheets.
  • IBM Cognos Analytics skills (Framework Manager, Report Studio, Scheduling etc.)
  • Good SQL skills (Oracle and other databases)
  • Basic experience with or use of scripting (DOS/batch, PowerShell)
  • Understanding Job scheduling (BMC Control-M)
  • Experience with agile delivery tools and methodologies (JIRA, Azure)
Secondary Skills:
  • Experience or some exposure to other BI tools and applications ( PowerBI, Sisense) is a plus
  • Working experience of any ETL tools is good to have .
  • Prior experience with Northern Trust is a plus.
Soft skills:
  • Excellent communication and writing
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
