Job Description

  • Design and develop user interface components based on screen design documents that fit within technical framework as outlined by technical architects
  • Ensure code meets standards and tested appropriate to the platform
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team
  • Communicate status (written and verbal) to project team and management
  • Work with management on setting strategic priorities and direction for the teams reporting to self. Think outside the box capabilities
  • Provide guidance and direction to teams on technologies and the right way of doing things.
  • Responsible for the performance management of the staff reporting to self.
  • Ensures adherence to organizational policies, guidelines and processes
Knowledge/Skills
  • A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of .NET/Java platform, messaging/integration and service oriented architecture.
  • Knowledge of full software development lifecycle
  • Agile Methodology
Required Skills:
  • .NET or/and Java/JEE and Web based development experience
  • Oracle/Sql server experience
  • React JS / latest UI Technologies
  • Experience in Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot
  • Knowledge in Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
  • Experience in REST API Development experience.
  • Financial/Capital Markets/Trading Domain experience
  • Experience and knowledge with micro services architecture.
  • TDD methodology
  • Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge Cloud/PCF architecture is an added advantage
Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Overall 10+ Years of Industry experience
  • Experience in agile development methodology
  • Prior people management/mentoring experience
