Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical scrutiny of bid enquiries & BOQs for tender purpose
  • Preparation/checking of design documents and drawings
  • Preparation of tentative BOQs after award of contract
  • Checking of equipment drawings and GTPs received from Vendor
  • Preparing and sending document transmittal letters for designs and drawings
  • Maintaining project engineering files
  • Provide support to financial modelling, business decision-making and BOS selection
  • Interface with and manage external consultants, if required
Software Skills Required:
  • Pvsyst 7.0 / Sketchup / Google Earth Pro+ / Meteonorm / SolarGIS
  • AutoCAD / Matlab / Helioscope / RET Screen / any other PV modelling software
  • MS Office :- MS Word / Excel / PPT , MS-Project
Other Requirements:
  • Experienced in Solar PVplant design Ground Mount & Rooftop
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Electrical CAD or similar
  • Proficiency in site layout, electrical system design, regulatory approvals etc
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • B. E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Power/Energy Engineering
  • 4 5 years of total working experience out of 2 3 years should be in Solar / Wind Projects
  • 25 -30% travelling to site as & when required
