Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training requirements and validate training content
  • Prepare training calendar, announce trainings programs, collect nominations, track attendance
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to evaluate training faculty and schedule trainings programs
  • Conduct training feedback surveys and prepare presentations for Management
  • Support planning and execution of specific leadership development programs
  • Track invoices and payments
  • Plan and conduct New Hire Induction programs and Leadership connect meetings
  • Should be open and flexible to take additional responsibility of other HR functions as and when required
  • Interact positively and productively with all levels of Medline employees
  • Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
  • Follow Medline s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies

Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master s degree with Specialization in HR

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have:
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Learning & Development in reputed organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ability to prepare reports, graphs and PPTs.
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in branding related activities would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
