Job Description

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Oversee and manage the service department s operations and scheduling. 2. Ensure completion of maintenance and repair work. 3. Give clear directions and expectations to field energizer for jobs to be done. 4. Address customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner. 5. Responsible for maintaining appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of customer support. 6. Responsible for staff recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management. 7. Manage the morale in the department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers. 8. Ensure that all reporting employees adhere to company policies and procedures. 9. Maintain a safe work environment for employees. 10. Provide clear communication with customers, staff and other department heads. 11. Provide accurate estimates for service jobs. 12. Schedule pickup, deliveries, and repair timeline of customer and internal equipment, schedule service calls for road technicians. 13. Book appropriate product training for technicians. 14. Organize and control expenses to meet budget expectations. 15. Report generation, ISO and root cause analysis. 16. Technical support as and when required. 17. Revenue generation by maintenance contract, repair etc 18. Responsible for warantee claim

TechnicalProfessional Knowledge - 1. Knowledge experiance of solar, inverter, UPS, battery charger, VFD, power electronic. 2. Previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities. 3. Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes. 4. Ability to identify key issues. 5. Ability to creatively or strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles. 6. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 7. High level of integrity, discretion and accountability. 8. Strong working knowledge of electronic application or repair techniques. 9. Ability to work independently in a busy environment. 10. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 11. Ability to work well under pressure. 12. Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times. 13. Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
