Job Description

Desired Profile:

  • The candidate must have experience in Designing, Execution, O & M and Project management of Sewerage Treatment Plant/Waste Water Treatment Plant/Faecal Sludge Treatment plants.
  • Ability to lead the team and project independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
  • Analytical and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • The candidate must have ability to handle computer, online platforms and ability to prepare the documentations, reports and presentation. Roles & Responsibilities
  • To study and define the technical requirements for a project and define design process.
  • Project Planning, Resource planning & Mobilization and Project Co-ordination
  • To ensure that design process follow accepted norms and standard design processes as required in the project.
  • To develop design automation tools as required simplifying repetitive design processes.
  • To ensure appropriate and timely response to client queries.
  • To manage project delivery for which management responsibility is assigned.
  • To prepare design guidelines based on ongoing projects for future reference.
  • To prepare the project Design, budget, estimates and provide necessary approvals.
  • To prepare, submit and followups of the project proposals.
  • To deliver the presentations and ensure the effective communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Overall financial management and quality delivery of project.
  • To search, approve and finalize the vendors, contractors and service provider for the projects.
  • To approve the procurement of materials and ensure the quality of materials
  • Support in Preparation of Design, Estimate, tender document and DPR.
  • Develop annual Budgets and targets for the division
  • Ensure proper management and implementation of all the projects of Division.
  • Organize and coordinate the human resources for the projects
  • Support, generate and explore new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Assist management for effective implementation of projects by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • To prepare and recover the bills and payments of work executed.
  • Responsible for effectiveness in developing the Client relationship and client coordination.
  • Assist in developing strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • All other task assigned by the company.
