Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Build long and short-term roadmap and strategy for web channel verticals Experience in Rolling out large CMS based Platforms Work with stakeholders at various level to streamline value creation from the vertical Create and manage annual budgets as per strategy for people, infrastructure, licenses, and research Develop vendor eco system to offer a wide variety of technical and commercial alternatives Functional Analysis and documentation of requirements Ownership of UI/UX Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Problem definition, scoping of IT projects, IT project pipeline planning, business case preparation and securing sponsor buy in Work with different technical COE to ensure delivery / resolution within timelines and budgets. Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CAPS score through IT services Keep regularly updated on industry trends, challenges, technology adoption levels and solution landscape Clear understanding of Agile delivery processes Review and sign off technical designs with the development team End to end delivery ownership from requirement, design, testing to go live User satisfaction surveys and user feedback Experience Should have total 7-10 years of experience Industry Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field General Requirements ,
