Job Description

  • Develop business opportunities with potential new clients.
  • Market Research & Generating Database (of targeted customer segment/area)
  • Generate sales ready leads across globe(UK, US, Europe).
  • Nurturing leads and setting up high level meetings for Superiors for generating business.
  • Defining strategy for inside sales, planning and executing various campaigns in coordination with sales and practice team.
  • Making sales calls to new and existing clients mainly in ERP Solution across the globe.
  • Interacting with senior level (CFO s, CXO s) through calling, personalized emails to generate leads, opportunities and sales booking.
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products/services in order to improve services/products related sales.
  • Representing the organization at Conferences and Meeting Customers for Signing off Projects and Relationship Building.
  • Active involvement with the Practice and delivery team to understand client requirements and & defining scope of work, preparing proposals, Responding to their RFIs.
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
  • Maintaining accurate reference documentation for internal management
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills both verbal and written with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills & a good team player.
