Weve main development and delivery center at Pune however the key business and strategic decisions and program runs from US New York The Applications Development Team is based out of Pune who are dedicated collection of self-organizing, interdependent, co-located individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to turn work items into a potentially shippable increment within the Sprint. Team members may be developers, testers, analysts, architects, writers, designers and even users. The team is cross-functional, which means that between all its members they possess sufficient skills to do the work. There is no dictated leadership hierarchy within the team members.Role / Skills: tAbility to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. tStrong communication skills -- both verbal and written and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills. tAbility to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources, working as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team. tBachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience with Salesforce.com configuration, profiles, roles, permission sets, FLS, flows, page layouts, dynamic forms, process builders tAdvanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. tExperience across development, customization, support work on cloud-based technologies including object-oriented languages, and the Salesforce technology stack (Apex, Visual force, SOQL) Required tExperience with Salesforce.com Lightning a must, Aura LWC is must tExperience with platform Integrations SOAP / REST based integration All about you : tMaintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. tCollaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and business applications built on Salesforce.com platform tAssist in the collection and documentation of users requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. tPrepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. tDesign, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. tParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. tPackage and support deployment of releases. tWork with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies. tDevelop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. tAnalyse and resolve technical and application problems. tAssess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to tshare with team members and other affected parties. tAdhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. tProvide third-level support to business users. tResearch and evaluate a variety of software productsDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
