Our comprehensive wide area networking (WAN) solutions enable our customers to build and operate automated, secure, and high-performance networks at massive scale helping to interconnect people and things from any broadband access modality to and among - edge clouds, central clouds, the Internet, and other services and data centers.Job Description

  • Provisioning of IP MPLS links as per agreed demand within SLA
  • Provisioning of Services (4G-LTE, FTTH, WIFI) as per agreed demand within SLAs
  • IOS upgradation of Cisco devices (ASR9K , ASR1K , ACI , Nexus 3k,5k,7k and 9k) and Juniper devices
  • 32 bit to 64 bit migration for ASR9K boxes.
  • Conducting and supporting Planned Events for Service migrations, integrations and optimization of network from Nexus Setup to ACI setup.
  • Designs and roll-outs network architecture and infrastructure solutions as per Policy Guidelines to enhance network efficiency and coverage.
  • MOP Preparation and validation for critical network activities
  • Supporting configuration automation through tools like HPNA, HPOO for bulk rollout
  • Coordinating with Planning & Field team for key activities
  • Supporting service migrations and clean-up projects
  • Handling escalated cases & providing support for troubleshooting
