You will constantly work closely with our product, marketing and customer service teams (and more) to lead the development and deployment of technical solutions that help the business more effectively and efficiently engage customers and increase sales volume.This candidate: Will be responsible for the entire marketing tech aspects of the business across all marketplaces. Does have the appetite for innovations in this area to increase traffic and improve customer acquisition. Will be hands on the architecture side and will continue to use BEL approach. Hands-on expertise in disparate technologies, ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between. Proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Senior Leadership. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place and, if not, work to define them. Online retail experience is a plus
