General Description: Account Management group (ODSM) has a requirement for a senior operations analyst to complement an existing team supporting the Global OnCore Account Maintenance. This is primarily a BAU role but the incumbent would in addition be required to participate in client onboarding activities as this pertains to data setup, configuration and testing in the platform lower regions of the OnCore platform.During the first 3 to 6 months, this person would be partially assigned to two ongoing project initiatives which are designed to bring about greater automation and wider functional scope expanding the groups capabilities to service clients and support the Middle Office operations groups. This assignment will also serve as part of the training and development as the BAU role evolves. This is a client facing role and the target would be to align this person a primary contact to one or several Middle Office clients.Position content:
