Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application. What you will be doing

  • Understand and capture stakeholder requirements and shape into functional solution
  • Undertake application discovery, create and deployment of software/application(s) to our desktop estate across a range of endpoints on Win7/Win10 (workstation/laptop/VDI/thin client)
  • Must have good understanding of Virtualisation Technology platform. (AppV sequencer 5.0 and above)
  • Good understanding and overview on such as MSI/Windows installer technology platform, admin studio, re-packager, picture taker, Orca, ProcMon, beyond-compare, ACT, AppSense and InstallShield.
  • Good understanding and analysis of Windows logs, event viewer and registry.
  • Excellent Scripting experience on PowerShell, VB and batch would be added advantage.
What you bring:
  • Basic understanding and overview of the Windows Active Directory and Active Roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7/10) physical as well as Citrix VDI environment.
  • Expertise and excellent working experience on Microsoft SCCM 2012 and above CB
  • Hands-on and strong knowledge of creating applications/packages, collections, and deployments in system centre configuration manager 2012 and above.
  • Should be able to monitor and troubleshoot deployments independently.
  • Ensure to have strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Agile methodologies (features/stories/tasks)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on Confluence/SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Recommend and document improvements to existing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
