  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Create, manage and administer: SCCM OSD deployment process including the driver library Deploying Operating System Images primarily Windows 10 via SCCM OSD Configuring WDS, configuring PXE, configuring the VM build environment, and integrating with MDT o Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images Manage images updating of Drivers, etc o Creating Distribution Points and distributing the images accordingly Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence
      • Technical Experience : 6 years of exp in relevant area Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence WIM image environment via SCCM WIM image via WAIK/ADK toolset Preboot WIM booting environment for SCCM imaging USB/PXE booting environment for SCCM imaging Integration SCCM with 3rd party vendor tools like Adaptiva Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM Manage Upgrades o 2012 to Current Branch or In-Console Upgrades or Client Agent Upgrades
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Communication oral speaking capability, written, presenting, listening, clear speech writing 2 Flexibility adaptability, willing to change, lifelong learner, accepts new things, adjusts, teachable 3 Integrity honest, ethical, high morals, has personal values, does whats right
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
