Job Description

About usSentry offers a wide array of managed IT services to Fiserv clients. It is a client facing service which serves as a single point of contact for all Fiserv clients (Banks & Credit Unions). The team provides various IMS services such as Firewall support, NOC, Patching, Data Vault support, Remote Monitoring, Technical support desk and a plethora of professional services covering disparate technologies.Our Support functions includeServer Support - Firewall Support - Router Support -Switches -Antivirus- Monitoring- Patch Management- Vulnerability Assessment- Data Vaulting-Telephony Support- Hardware SupportApplication: - Linux -SQL-MDM-Citrix-VDI Support -Windows-O365- VDI VM Ware- Microsoft Azure- Exchange.Coverage: - 24*7*365Position:Professional, Systems AdministrationThe position reports into the Senior Manager, Sentry. The candidate will be required to work on windows support and migration projects for our clients. The candidate will be accountable for ensuring all devices in client environment are up and running 24*7*365 days. Ensure all devices meets the patch requirements and are 100% compliant with the latest patches.Direct Reports: None

  • Ensuring all devices at client environment are up and running 24*7*365.
  • Weekly and monthly Server and workstation patching for all client devices.
  • Performing Vulnerability assessment and remediation on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting desktop environments running Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Providing technical assistance in product evaluations and sourcing
  • Alert monitoring and taking appropriate action.
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to computer and network connectivity
  • Working both independently and as a part a team
  • Upgrading and maintaining Windows hardware, software, and other applications
  • Providing technical support to clarify Windows desktop problems
  • Managing and supporting end-user devices, such as desktop systems and other peripheral equipment
  • Assisting in testing, analyzing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems
  • Providing enhanced desktop and customer support services
  • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients
Required Qualifications:
  • EngineeringBSC Graduate
  • 4+ years experience on windows
  • ITIL Certified
  • Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting, Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OSX, Windows
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including follow-up and attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
  • Have strong verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ready to work in 24/7 environment.
  • An approach to your work that is self-directed and highly motivated.
  • Team player
