Application Architect guide application development team through development process. Ensure development is done right the first time and has an understanding of how products relate with other products and ensures interdependencies are in focus. Software Technology Architect define and maintain architecture principles and standards for FIS application development based on FIS business requirements. Infrastructure Technology Architect focus is primarily on disciplines of selection, operation and administration of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) systems and system software that make up underlying operating environment in support of business processesGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Documents and publishes appropriate architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns and frameworks.Defines, constructs, supports and provides training for enterprise frameworks. Defines and maintains a library of functional component models within and across FIS product lines. Documents functional product solutions for key FIS product strategy and product management initiatives leveraging defined functional component model libraries and the defined product line architecture roadmap. Documents functional product solutions for key FIS financial services sales opportunities leveraging defined functional component model libraries and the defined product line architecture roadmap. Maintains a catalogue of reusable functional application components consumable across applications and product lines. Reviews functional and technical designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements. Acts as tie breaker on design decisions. Documents and communicates opportunities to leverage inter-project synergies, application and enterprise software or infrastructure asset re-use and opportunities to expose application assets for enterprise consumption. Communicates system architecture to technical and business audiences. Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

• Infrastructure architecture within Redhat and Microsoft Enterprise stacks
• Cloud-based infrastructure in both Iaas and Paas
• Virtualization Technologies focusing on VMWare
• Networking infrastructure such as IPSEC VPN / MPLS
• On-Prem or Cloud-Based containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Defining and implementing operational processes
• ITIL Based service delivery
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
• Software Licensing

On-Prem or Cloud-Based containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)Candidate should have experience of windows Server administration having below skills.

• Install, configure and deploy the windows server roles
• Create users, groups and OUs with Active Directory Users & Computers and manage those
• Good understanding of DNS and DHCP along with administration of these services.
• Creating and Managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Should have good command on using PowerShell in Windows

Knowledge on Citrix XenApp administration

• Installing, configuring and managing a highly available XenApp environment
• Understanding of different ways to deploy and distribute applications thru Citrix
• Should have good command on using PowerShell in Citrix
• Manage delivery controller, StoreFront, configure Citrix policies, Citrix Receiver, WEM, Citrix Licensing
• Should have good troubleshoot skills to address the issues in XenApp environment.

Knowledge on Azure administration will add an advantage

• Managing Resource groups, Vnets and Subnets in Azure Portal.
• Deploying VMs and also VMs as a part of Availability Set for redundancy via Azure portal
• Deploying VMs and also VMs as a part of Availability Set for redundancy via Azure portal
• Managing Azure load balancer, Azure backups, RBAC policies
• Managing different types of data in Azure Storage account with the help of Access tiers like Hot, Cool & Archive tiers
• Working with blobs, tables, queues and file storage services
