Job Summary: This is an exciting time to join a transforming Talent Acquisition Team at Nuance. A Talent Acquisition Assessor will provide support to our Global Talent Acquisition Team in a shared- services model. The position is key to the efficient operation and execution of recruiting strategy and solutions to meet company talent acquisition goals. We are seeking a customer- focused individual that enjoys a high production, high volume environment while maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition experience and a desire to simplify streamline processes to increase speed, create better candidate, employee and manager experiences.
Scope-
As a Talent Assessor you will evaluate and assess the candidate pool for a designated vertical in Nuance with the aim of achieving high quality and timely filling of roles. Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) you will work closely with the Global TA Operations Team to manage those roles with high volume response. Review applicants that apply to the client s ATS for specified positions and use logic to identify those that meet the qualifications of the role. Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Team Follow defined screening method for designated roles and qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role. Support with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location. Update the candidate s details and status in the ATS, ICIMS in a timely and high accuracy Coordinate with hiring managers, business leaders and Talent Coordinators for seamless TA operations support Manage ad hoc projects and Global TA Operation projects Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing Required Skills:
Experience working in a team environment that emphasized group contributions. The ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives. Ability to write client- oriented communications e.g. emails, candidate summaries. Previous experience in the technology staffing industry or Corporate HR Recruitment preferred. 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates Experience in Developing and executing recruiting plans. Administrative duties and recordkeeping. Flexible working with rotational shift to support Global teams Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong relationship Ability to learn technical information Self- confidence and self- starter Office automation tools (MS Office etc.) for proofreading, editing and formatting Good written and verbal communication skills Qualifications
