Position Objectives The role is responsible to lead the audit and receipt to ensure that all documents received from the pickup team is carefully audited and accounted for.The role is responsible for all team management activities like team morale, performance assessment and grievance handling along with recruitment of team.Co- ordination with other processes to ensure smooth and timely operations. Qualities in the candidate Detail Oriented Methodical Team Management Good with DocumentationRoles and Responsibilities Maintain TAT as specified by client/ internal process. Conduct Audit as per guidelines on the documents brought in by the pickup team. Maintain and update all relevant MIS (reports) pertaining to the above and support Group Lead to send timely MIS to HO/ customer. Ensure timely control sheet closing and reconciliation closing. Highlighting and correcting out of TAT process. Recruit and train team members to ensure timely and quality work is carried out with minimum hindrance. Manage attendance of team and allocate/ reallocate work in case of absenteeism. Manage team motivation and morale to increase productivity. Conduct formal/ informal performance assessment/ feedback of team for their development.,
