• End to End responsible for the activities being performed in RTR vertical including Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Accounting specialist etc. within their assigned scope in compliance with directives and in an effective way.
• Prioritize and handle escalation cases diligently and highlight potential escalation emails and put control point to avert.
• Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed.
• Do Root Cause Analysis for escalation or error cases and put a control plan to prevent recurrence.
• Choose the mode of communication in an effective manner including calls, emails etc. with stakeholders to understand the query and provide solution.
• Drives standardization, simplification, and operational excellence in RTR.
• Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (SOP) for all the activities performed for the entities with clear output KPIs defined.
• Actively work with management to understand key risks in the RTR processes and put in place mitigation actions to address those risks.
• Out of the box thinker and submit periodic process improvement ideas by coordinating with various teams.
• Work as Program Manager for new projects & transition happening within the team.
• Lead a team of 5 finance professional and work on their end-to-end development and ensuring that all the deliverables are completed as per the agreed timelines.
• Ensure that the month close activities are smooth and all the required deliverables are completed before cut-off.
What you ll need :
• Master s in Finance or equivalent degree and should be well versed with ERP (SAP).
• 10 years of experience in end-to-end Record to Report vertical.
• 5 years of experience in team management including hiring, employee skill building etc.
• Should have worked with stakeholders of multiple countries.
• Must have excellent communication skill (written & verbal).
• Should have sound level of expertise in MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of quality tools is an added advantage.
• Strong initiative, passion, and enthusiasm for achieving success.
• Work timing will be 3 pm to 12 midnight (IST).
