Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services. Description Review and ensure that team is functioning in accordance with the agreed SLA with the line of business. Ensure that all trade instructions received have been processed timely and accurately and issues escalated. Manage the assigned team on a day- to- day basis to ensure all tasks are completed. Extensive accounting knowledge. Extensive Computer knowledge Excel / Word / Bloomberg / Reuters. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills with great attention to detail. Good oral written communication skills. Strong Analytical skills. Ability to create positive work climate and team development. Self- motivated individual. Bachelor s Degree in Accounting / Economics, Finance or equivalent. Up to four years experience in the securities and / or mutual fund industry. One - Two years experience in supervision / managerial position preferably in a Trade Processing team. Knowledge of SWIFT and Trade Processing mandatory. Qualifications Should be a graduate.
